Description: Tuesdays and Thursdays, be at the gym dressed and ready to go at 1100. Bring water! Run to the bath house at Tyndall Beach. Walk the boardwalk to the beach (safety). Run the beach northwest to the Old East Pass. Return. Push-ups and sit-ups along the way and swim a few legs on the way back. 4.5 miles! Hoooahhhh! For a real challenge, dont run the hard pack...run in the loose stuff! OUCH!
