Appian Crossing Apartments/Townhomes to Gainesway Park

Description: Route starts at the Apartments at Appian Crossing Way. It goes up Appian Way all the way up to Gainesway Park. Using the short loop in Gainesway Park make five (5) laps. There is a great place to stop and do push-ups/sit-ups on the first bridge with each lap. There are other larger loops that you can choose, or you can add more laps around the short loop. Once you are finished with your laps, retrace your route back to the Appian Crossing Apartments.
